Rental Policy

At Pro Photo Rental, we make it easy for photographers to access top-quality gear. Here’s what you need to know when renting from us.

Booking & Pickup

• Gear can be booked in advance to guarantee availability.

• Pickup and return are in Queenstown – we’ll confirm the details when you book.

• If you need delivery, let us know, and we’ll see what’s possible.

Using the Gear

• Treat the equipment with care – it’s professional-grade gear, and we want everyone to get the best use out of it.

• If something isn’t working as expected, contact us straight away.

• You’re responsible for the gear while it’s in your possession.

Returns & Late Fees

• Return the gear on time so the next photographer isn’t left waiting.

• Late returns may incur extra charges. If you’re running behind, get in touch – we’ll do our best to work something out.

Damage & Loss

• You’re responsible for any damage or loss while the gear is with you.

• If something happens, let us know immediately.

• Repairs or replacement costs may apply.

Cancellations

• Plans change – we get it. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute changes.
